The 0.3.1 bugfix release:
- Updated Makefile.am to work with automake 1.5
- Removed now-obsolete mydist* targets in Makefile.am
- Moved widgets around in glade file
- Removed redundant "initial condition" in chts.c
- Corrected 1L man section for chts and chui (to 1)
